I think that incentivizing monetarily is the best way of motivating the employees in my workplace. I am also motivated by monetary incentives being provided to me by my organization. However, sometimes only monetary incentives might not be enough to motivate organizational individuals. In such cases, there is the requirement of appreciation of the organizational individuals; there must be the initiation of a program of appreciation like a Rewards program wherein there can be the appreciation and the recognition of the organizational members.
